The story of Van Kukil began in 1889 in Srinagar, Kashmir. Today, the 5th generation family business has proudly evolved from one of the original cashmere yarn suppliers to a luxury clothing manufacturer. Kashmir has historically been a natural habitat for cashmere goats. The region, with its natural grasslands and cold climates, provides the perfect conditions for breeding these goats to produce one of the finest fibers in the world.
