1. Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without providing any reason and return your items.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item.

The item can only be successfully accepted if it is returned undamaged, unworn, on time, and in its original condition, including all attached tags. The removal of tags as well as all mentioned points are exclusion criteria for a return.

2. Sale Items
The same right to cancel applies to items that are reduced due to a sale.

If you encounter difficulties in returning the items within the specified period, please inform us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond our designated timeframe. Kindly note that items in their original packaging can only be accepted if the packaging remains undamaged.

Deliveries from our Salzburg shipping location are insured against theft and accidental damage. The insurance coverage expires upon written confirmation of the delivery.

If you have made an individual arrangement with our shipping partner, such as leaving the package at a preferred location or with neighbors, please adhere to the specific regulations of the shipping service. Authorization for leaving packages is separately arranged with the shipping company and is not covered by our parcel protection.

Dantendorfer GmbH reserves the right to cancel orders sent to post boxes or exhibiting any discrepancies from existing credit reports and notifications after an internal review without providing reasons.
