Nanna Pause founded her brand in 2018 with a clear focus on the highest quality craftsmanship. Her coats are meticulously handcrafted in Sicily from Italian double weaves, using only the finest natural fibers such as wool, cashmere, alpaca and camel hair. These materials guarantee that each of her products is a true masterpiece.

The German designer has had an impressive career. After her tailoring apprenticeship and studying at the Academy of Arts in Antwerp, she worked for renowned brands such as Jil Sander and Toni Gard. She developed materials for Louis Vuitton Menswear and worked as Creative Director for textile accessories at Dior. Finally, she decided to express her own values and beliefs in her own brand.

Nanna lives in Paris and runs her brand as a one-woman show from her charming apartment overlooking the Bassin de la Villette, where she directs all creative processes herself. In her free time, she is passionate about reading, cooking and pottery, but also finds relaxation in weeding and harvesting work in an agricultural cooperative, which gives her a sense of grounding and balance to urban life.
